Mr. Chang is also an honorary professor at the Department of Environmental Biology and Fisheries Science at National Taiwan Ocean University. His career began in 1979 with British firm Tait & Co., where he became the first Chinese Managing Director in the company’s history. After 18 years in the foreign business sector, Mr. Chang made a pivotal decision to transition into biotechnology, founding Hi-Q Marine Biotech with a focus on ecological aquaculture and the development of marine health products.
