Leadership and Vision #

Mr. Yung Sheng Chang (Johnson) is the founder and Chairman of Hi-Q Marine Biotech. He also serves as an honorary professor at the Department of Environmental Biology and Fisheries Science at National Taiwan Ocean University. In 1979, Mr. Chang joined the British firm Tait & Co., where he became the first Chinese Managing Director in the company’s century-long history. During his tenure, he successfully represented and marketed several internationally renowned consumer products, establishing Tait & Co. as a leading marketing and logistics firm in the Taiwan Strait region.
At age 45, Mr. Chang made a pivotal career shift, leaving Tait & Co. and the foreign business sector after 18 years. He entered the biotechnology industry, founding Hi-Q Marine Biotech with a focus on ecological aquaculture and the development of marine health products.
